- Create a place to keep track of the process. It can be a notebook, a document on the laptop / tablet / phone, or something else. Make sure it is a place you can get back to every day for 3 weeks and longer if it is needed.
- Answer the following questions:
- What change do I want to experience through this process / through this challenge?
- Why am I doing this? What motivates me to do this challenge?
- How can I support my self in doing this?
