Day 20

Challenge activities DAY 20:

Step 1: Digital detoxing 1.3
5 hours straight, of digital detoxing and no screen time, combined with silence. No use of mobile phones, tablets, laptops, TV etc. You are invited not to talk for those hours, to you or to others. Also, this time, it’s a no agenda time. This means that whatever you have in your to-do list for the day, will have to do it in another time during the day. Keep those 5 hours completely free and whatever comes allow it to come and do it.
* No sleeping during this time.

Extra step: Forest bathing
This activity can take place during the digital detoxing 1.3, or independently and it will take minimum 20 minutes.
You go in a forest or a natural environment and you experience with all your senses the environment and the surroundings. You connect with nature through sight, hear, touch, taste, smell. Try any nature environment, from forest to beaches, but if you don’t have access to nature, then as plan b, you can do sun bathing. Ideally the environment that you choose, is supporting you to connect with the nature, the rawest nature the better.

Step 2: Instead of the group meeting in the afternoon, we will have a meeting with our challenge buddies. Decide the time together, of at least 20 minutes meeting. During the meeting, you are invited to have a reality check, do a reflection of the progress of the challenge, of the detoxing activity and of your state in the moment. If you kept track of the questions that you reflected upon, last week, use the same questions. This is also a closing buddy meeting. You are invited to share how was to be buddies with the person and what supported you during the 3 weeks.
