Day 11

Challenge activities DAY 11:

  1. Do one activity naked.
    You can choose an activity that is bringing you out of your comfort zone and challenges you in a positive way.
    Suggested activities: Sleep naked or do the second challenge activity of the day naked.
  2. Write a journal.
    Plan ahead about 1 hour – but keep in mind it may take longer. The intention is to choose a moment, preferably of the day or the challenge and relive it through writing it.
    You can use digital way or paper.
